The Riverwalk POA is a deed restricted acreage community located off of FM 1314 in Porter, Texas, in South East Montgomery County.
Our schools are part of New Caney ISD.
The Riverwalk POA is made up of five sections with a private lake park for residents to enjoy.
Subdivision Management:
The Riverwalk Subdivision is managed and operated by the Property Owners Association (POA).
- All property owners are members of the POA and pay annual Maintenance Fees.
- The POA is managed by the Board of Directors who are elected property owners and Volunteers.
- The Board oversees the finances, property maintenance, security and the deed restriction enforcement.
- The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) oversees and permits new construction and improvements in the subdivision.
Effective 8/20/2010
In an effort to better serve Riverwalk Subdivision, the Board has desided to hand over the everyday operations to a Community Association Management company.
This is what will change:
- Deed enformement and violations will be enforced by DTA
- Billing and payments will be handled by DTA
- Collections will be handled by DTA
- Payroll for employees will be handled by DTA
- Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will be continue to be handled by the Board of Directors
