Marquee working but not repaired 100%

On Tuesday, the technician was able to plug directly into the marquee and get the images activated but we are still not able to make any changes to the images. There is an IP address issue as well as a hardware repair that is needed. We are waiting on a quote to replace the part and get an ETA on when it will be scheduled.
